Our team comprises certified barre and yoga instructors, and many have a dance background. They love to help other women become stronger, inside and out, and are passionate about ensuring our customers have fun and achieve results.

Denise Decesare

She has managed group exercise programs for various fitness chains, designed a wide variety of fitness programs, and run training programs and education workshops for new instructors and trainers.

Joelle Letta

Primary group instructor by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and as a personal trainer and pre- and postpartum instructor by the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT).

Pursuant to government regulations approved by the Westchester County health inspectors, we are open at 33% capacity. We have replaced our air circulation filters with government mandated filters, and UV lights run in the studio every night.
