Simone Isaac LLC (d/b/a The WonderBarre) and its affiliates and partners (collectively “we” or “us” or “our” as appropriate) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines the information we collect, and how we use and share such information.  

 

When does this Privacy Policy apply? 

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through electronic and digital means, including through any and all of our websites and the websites of our service providers (collectively, our “Websites”), as well as through e-mail, mobile and desktop applications and browsers.  When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this policy. Our Websites may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by us. What information do we collect?

We do not link any such information to your personally identifiable information.

This includes information provided at the time of registering to use certain features of our Websites, posting material or requesting services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our Websites.  We may also collect records and copies of your correspondence (including e-mail addresses), if you contact us.  We also collect details of transactions you carry out through our Website and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information in a secure manner before placing an order through our Website.

Changes to our Privacy Policy: 

We reserve the right to modify our Privacy Policy at any time.  If we do decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post a notice that the Privacy has changed on our Websites where appropriate, and/or notify you that the policy has changed through other means such as email. If you receive emails from us you do not wish to receive, you will be able to opt-out of such communications by using the unsubscribe feature contained in the emails. Your use of our Websites means you accept such changes.
